It hardly seems believable that we won't be seeing Isobel again.   She was a very special friend,born just three days after Janet which was a special link.

We first met Isobel at the Local History Group where she was always smiling,calm and very organised.

Although her health deterioated during the pasy three years, she never complained.  She really enjoyed attending the little Methodist Chapel at Melmerby especially choosing a hymn to be sung at the Annual Songs of praise Service.  She wazs also very supportive when we lost our granddaughter in tragic circumstances.

She weill be sorely missed here in Coverdale but will always be in our hearts.  Rest in peace, Isobel.
